Hot Blast Valve

Hot blast valve is used to the hot blast stove pipe of the small and medium size blast furnaces.

The hot blast  valve is applicable to the hot air pipelines of the hot air furnace system of the blast furnace and also to other industrial kiln furnaces;the hot pipelines of the heating furnace play the role of cutting off to the high-temperature air,gas and smoke;

The valve can be used for the hand-force transmission,the hydraulic-chain transmiassion or the electric-chain or the electric-screw rod transmission;

The valve body and the valve cover adopt cast-welding mixed construction, efficient water cooling systems and the compound floating seal constrction;

Switching pressure: 0.01Mpa;

Water consumption: 0.056×DNT/h;

The valve should be installed verically.

Pressure of Cooling Water: 0.2-0.5Mpa;

Hydraulic Oil Pressure: 6.3MPa
