This series of skip hoist are composed of the motor, the brake, the reducer, the roll drum, the seat, the control device, etc.

The working principle of skip hoist is: when the control system gives the instruction of charging the burden, the motor starts and the roll drum is rotated through the transmission system and the skip is lifted to the top hopper,at the same time, the hoist mater controller of the skip controls the brake of the hoist, and the burden discharging from the skip is completed during the delayed time when it passes through the time delay relay. meanwhile,  the other skip is charging the burden and then the motor starts in reverse rotation to make the roll drum rotate. the empty skip that comlete the discharging returns automatically form the discharging bend due to the dead weight while the other skip charges the burden.
